Sleeping Giant

Posted by: Phillip

Many of you who have been around a while know the name Livery Design Gruppe or LDG and the clean aesthetic that partners the company. Theyv’e always had real innovative ideas that they execute with their Frames/components and always come out killer. I took a stroll to Huntington Beach to check in with head mechanic/shop manager Johnny Coward, FGFS ripper extraordinaire to see how things are going and what’s in store for LDG. more after the jump Read More….

Park predator

Posted by: Phillip

With the filming for Stay Strapped being all wrapped up and in the editing room, Matt decided to head out on a skatepark assault. I proclaim him king of transition big or small, and blasting this T-bog bank to bank proves just that. Make sure you get out to San Francisco for the Stay Strapped DVD premier at RedBull Ride n Style, I was around for a good amount of the filming and its all sooooo fucking good, it’ll be worth the trek to see it.

Mon: Revoked Trick Comp 2010.

Posted by: kris

This is one hell of a throwback from Ramon to the golden age of FGFS. Rollouts and whirlybirds were key back then but you can definitely see the progression happening here. Some early hop bars (from me?!) plus plenty more good from Boothby, Danimal, Reyes and the rest of the early bay area slayers. Damn…this is pretty much history right herr…so rad!

The Radavist.

Posted by: kris

I first discovered John’s blog years ago when I started this little place. Over the years between sleeping on his floor in NYC and catching up at the major events I’ve watched Prolly is Not Probably evolve into something great. Yet again he’s pushing boundaries with today’s transformation to the cycling collective The Radavist. Looks to be pretty epic…pop over and give it a look.

Temporary spot assault

Posted by: Phillip

When you here the name Antonyo, one word should come to mind, TECH. He slays everything he rides with the most style and best attitude. This dirt mound to wall spot popped up in Longbeach one day, and of course the FIXIE FACTORY crew went in. I snapped this photo of Tone slammin’ this wall to 180 days before the spot became extinct. Be on the lookout for Tone in an upcoming Ratpack edit, it’s fuckin’ good.

Jball wild n the streets

Posted by: Phillip

Riding with jball is always real fun, lots of energy and for being so young he knows how to dish out some sarcasm, my kinda dude. Any spot gets murdered by this guy, park, ledge, rail, fucking parking curb it doesn’t matter, he goes in. With that being said, there was no difference when I asked him to shoot some photos on this chunked up, pegless unfriendly ledge. He delivered, check the photos, make em your background, save em to your phone, show your friends by clicking below

Alex Blanco | 2014.

Been waiting for some new stuff from Blanco for a bit and this is too good. Lots of linked lines and enough ice to give you brain freeze. Seriously though some real good stuff in the mix…must watch!
