it’s a nice idea and it looks nice, but adidas dont have the hard sole that cleats have. Part of the whole benefit of halving cleats is the sole is hard enough that your whole foot transfers energy into your pedal stroke. The pressure point on those adidas are so acute, i bet they hurt like hell sometimes.
Hmmmm, the cleat has to bolt on to something within the shoe.
Ever thought it may be a full sized innersole plate.
Therefore giving the transfer of power you speak of?
Simply lay the innersole over some metal or plastic and cut an outline.
Pop the old innersole over the top so its nice and soft……BAM!!!!! You’re good to go.
