Ever thought it may be a full sized innersole plate. Therefore giving the transfer of power you speak of? Simply lay the innersole over some metal or plastic and cut an outline. Part of the whole benefit of halving cleats is the sole is hard enough that your whole foot transfers energy into your pedal stroke. The pressure point on those adidas are so acute, i bet they hurt like hell sometimes. it’s a nice idea and it looks nice, but adidas dont have the hard sole that cleats have.
