With it’s years of history I definitely look forward to the Cycle Messenger World Champs post event coverage. This year’s CMWC headed down under to the streets of Melbourne for the festivities and it looked fun as ever. None other that Austin Horse snagged another title to take back to NYC. I’ve only posted a few photos form massive collection on Jambi-Jambi so hop over to peep!
Got a case of the Mondays? Ride along with some of the messenger dudes down under on a rather rad looking pre CMWC group ride. Cool to see people everyone getting into the groove for this years Cycle Messenger World Championships…and having a damn good time!
The CMWC‘s are headed down under this year and the Sydney’s messenger association is gearing up. A little recap here from a SYDBMA pre-event alleycat with some race footage and plenty of shenanigans. Going to be a good one in Melbourne if this is any indication!
With the Mexico City CMWC over let get thinking about next years event in Melbourne. Absolutely no hate on Mexico City but I think an event in Australia would be pretty fucking prime! Here’s the trailer for CMWC ’15 and the link so you have a whole year to anticipate…hopefully next year I’ll be there. Actually, I plan to be!
I’m usually weary of posting polo videos due to their length. However, i like polo and im sure some of you do to…plus the mallet to the face at the 6:00 mark is pretty crazy. This bit from last years Grand Final in Australia is worth the watch if youre inside wishing you were out on the court.
This definitely looks like one of the best Bicycle Film Festival venues there is. Warm beaches and amazing weather while its cold and rainy here? Yeah i can dig that. Skeleton Key did another great edit from the Sydney BFF installment.
There’s a lot of things in this video that may bother some of you….but its still pretty rad. If you’re into surfing well filmed and edited videos you’ll still appreciate it. Etnies Australia coming through with a cool bit starring surfer Ellis Ericson. The first installment in below as well…
As part of the Biking Brisbane project Dan Angus was interviewed about his ever growing number of cycles. I dont know who Dan is but i can identify of with his problem. I too have an apartment cluttered with all sorts of bikes small and large, broken and working, mine and not mine (ive got little space as it is…so my buddy brad should come get his little pink 14″ with the flower basket out of my living room). I also like this sort of interview, be it long or not, as it really allows you to see what other bike fanatics, aficionados or what have you are like. I know of quite a few interesting people here in Sac that might fit well into something like this…i think ill give it a go. Anywho…
