Posted by: kris

After spotting Smithers rolling around on this bad boy last week I had to get a few photos before it went bye bye. I’ve been a long time fan of Samson builds and he grabbed this Illusion already hooked up nicely. From the Jag stem to that front wheel lacing this one’s pretty easy on the eyes. Click through for a full set and check back tomorrow for little video feature!

#messlife: Work Horses.

Posted by: kris

Finished up the days runs a bit early yesterday and decided to take advantage of all the heavy machinery buzzing around downtown as of late. Riding around the city center I see these big boys runnin’ most the day to give Sacramento it’s much anticipated facelift. Shot after the click was just good timing…and probably a hell of a trek in that shopping cart!

Heavy Pedal Axiom!

Posted by: kris

The newest track machine from the Heavy Pedal isis live and ready to rip!  Axiom picks up where the Zephyr left switching to a 1 1/8″ front end and double butted 7005 construction. Whether you’re hitting the streets or rollin’ to the track this beast has you covered. Hit the Axiom page to peep the details and grab yours today!

Our first bike release was the Zephyr Track and it was designed to be wild by choice. Our overwhelming response about the Zephyr was great, however, it left some of our customers that prefer 1 1/8″ wanting us to produce something for them. We would like to introduce Axiom to the world. This bike is made with 7005 T6 aluminum and an alloy/carbon fork. The high bottom bracket makes the bike great for tackling the track or a fixed gear crit race. Sure, you can also call it a fixie but it is definitely no cheap, run-of-the-mill bike. The superior construction attention to detail is top notch.

Frame:  Double Butted 7005 Aluminum

Fork: Alloy Crown and Steerer w/ Carbon Blades.

Construction: Smooth Welded

Headset Diameter: 1 1/8″

Seatpost Diameter: 31.6mm

BB Shell: ISO Threaded
