Factory Five F5 Townie.

Posted by: kris

I like checking the Factory Five flickr every so often for their current customer builds like this one. In my opinion everyone should have a sweet townie rig to snag some beers or hit grocery store. The box rack and bars on this one are too proper!

Bombtrack Hook 2015.

Posted by: kris

Mud is no match for Bombtrack‘s new Hook cyclocross rig. These look proper right out of the box and judging by this bit just as fun to shred. A rad collection of shots in this to give you an idea of how much fun you could be having this weekend. For more info on Hook completes hop over to Bombtrack!

#TBT: Patrick’s Serotta Colorado.

Posted by: kris

Still one of my favorite track builds…despite being the first of the proper bike checks Patrick’s Serotta is still real fancy like. Peep the whole set here!

FBM Raconteur City Bikes.

Posted by: kris

A new way to shred the city brewing from the dudes at FBM. With what they’ve learned from building bombproof track/BMX rides they’re taking a crack at something a tad classier a la Raconteur. Whether you’re looking for a simple two speed or a more versatile eight you’re covered in both men’s and women’s styles. Rest assured the FBM crew took everything into account on these down to the branded cork bar ends. If you’re looking for something mellow to bounce around town on hop over to the Raconteur Kickstarter for more details!

Winter Grime.

Posted by: kris

Not sure what it is about the build up of winter’s nastiness that looks so good but I do love it. When it’s exceptionally wet out I like riding my old Cannondale for the daily runs and it sure gets a nice little makeover. Hard to beat a solid road bike for those typhoon days and dummy drivers who’ve never seen a rain cloud!

#lostshots: Smither’s M-idea.

Posted by: kris

When I shoot people’s rigs I typically end up with a handful of photos that don’t work out for one reason or another. This is one such flick of the M-idea the homie Smither’s rolled on briefly. Photos at this spot came out a tad blurry so they were scrapped and left for dead on my computer until this week. Despite the focus being a tad off this is the shot I really wanted when we went out…and this bike is too fucking sweet not post!

MASH: Dylan’s Parallax.

Posted by: kris

There’s something about a Parallax set up as a street machine I can’t get enough of. MASH posted up a few shots of Dylan’s current setup to their Facebook and I couldn’t pass ‘em up. Those cages and straps look proper classic on there and this thing is too fresh!

Affinity Kissena.

Posted by: kris

NYC’s Affinity has been hard at work giving themselves a nice little update. A fresh website has hit the net which means their 2015 frames and handful of new build options are ready to be peeled over. Digging the new features up top and clean design as well…hit ‘em up for a closer look!

NS Analog.

Posted by: kris

Once upon a time NS Bikes made a fixed freestyle frame that rode a tad bit more like a track bike. Fast forward a few years and the NS Analog is looking prime as a city machine that can take a bit of a beating. Follow the brands sales dude Piotr Jurczak as he makes his way through Gdansk to the NS headquarters. Looks like a pretty damn killer commute!

Alex’s BB17 Transfer.

Posted by: kris

After taking first at Saturday’s Red Bull Steep Crest the homie Alex Gonzalez was still kicking around the bay yesterday. He rolled around Oakland with us popping wheelies on his super clean BB17 Transfer. At the last spot of the day I snuck off with it for a few photos. A real street machine right here…
