Red Hook London is off and rolling today and you can get a sneak peek at this year’s fresh court setup. Taking the laps from the waterfront to a much more active area will only add to this year’s insanity! If you need more in the meantime click through for a look at the at the last stop in Brooklyn for No.9…tomorrow’s main event should be epic!
First of all, I got to be honest that I never though I would go to Korea since I’m not very in fond of K Pop and eating spicy food. However, after this travel, it becomes one of my favorite countries to travel again! From 6/3-6/8, me and my homies went to participate in their 10th King Of Track velodrome and crit races. It was really exciting and fun to watch this kind of intensive level of race! But what made me feel so good was the atmosphere of the whole event. It’s like a combination of casualty and seriousness! Met Paolo Bravini and some other guys of Team Cinelli Chrome and saw some dudes of Leader Bikes crushing the races and got podium in almost every single one. It’s also great to meet some new Korean dudes at the event and the Home Bike bikes shop. The event was just extraordinary and I certainly look forward to seeing it grow up!
After 6/6, it’s a independent trip for Morgan and I. With the help of Jack and Lee Seung Hyeon, we were able to see the beauty of Seoul, the city, the streets, the culture, the food and so forth! Riding in Seoul was not as easy as we thought…some roads were just too rough but yet overall…it’s a great city to have some fun and ride! Time was limited, our trip was narrowed down but this won’t be our last time in Seoul! A short, casual documentary can be seen here on Track Or Trick fan page!
Polo & Bike were out at this years Red Hook Brooklyn in full force on their Williamsburg completes. Good coverage of the event as a whole including some of the carnage on the asphalt and plenty of exploring NYC before. If you didn’t make the trek to Brooklyn this one will give you a proper look at what you missed out on!
Ride along with Chris Tolley for an impressive finish at last weekend’s Wolfpack Austin event. Looks like a hell of a race lapping the The Driveway down in Texas with a handful of mishaps and a hell of a sprint to the finish. Spot my dude Tyler in there at the front of the pack before taking a nasty spill that put him out for the day. Hop over for the full results!
Unless you were knocking out laps in Milano, chances are you didn’t make it out to the latest installment of Red Hook’s crit series. Lucky for us there were plenty of people like Massimo Bacci on site gathering media to share. He’s got quite the collection of shots from around the event including plenty from the main showdown. Competition at each event keeps looking tougher!
My dude Tyler put together this on board video from his trip down to the Wolfpack Civic Center Crit a couple months back. If you want to know what it takes to qualify 11th and battle it out with 90 rippers this is it! A long one showing you the full race but definitely a great view from the cockpit at one of the biggest criteriums of the year!
