One of the best is back for 2016 with the Sword from FBM. These bad boys have been street tested inside and out over the years becoming the go to for many who abuse their bike on the daily. With handful of trans over raw color options and a BMX inspired 4130 build, the Sword is looking fresh as ever. Pre-orders are open now so pop over for the full run down!
A new way to shred the city brewing from the dudes at FBM. With what they’ve learned from building bombproof track/BMX rides they’re taking a crack at something a tad classier a la Raconteur. Whether you’re looking for a simple two speed or a more versatile eight you’re covered in both men’s and women’s styles. Rest assured the FBM crew took everything into account on these down to the branded cork bar ends. If you’re looking for something mellow to bounce around town on hop over to the Raconteur Kickstarter for more details!
Mike from FBM shot over a link to the 2013 Sword pre-orders yesterday. Got some nice colors this year including that golddd. These bikes have been awesome for years and I’m pretty sure some people rocked them as freestyle bikes back in the day before the SQ geo came about. Built solid and with clean lines. Hit the pre-order page to get your order in before May 3rd! I know John has a damn nice one bult up so hit his spot for some shots of that.
Whoah. John’s new FBM track is looking too sick. All black of course with that purple ring popping nicely. Forks are probably my favorite on the FBM bikes. Blades just look so sleek. Such a nice build dude. More shot hereee.
Some real purdy pictures of a snazzy FBM Sword also from Eric Rihlmann’s flicky. Probably one of my favorite paint jobs to date. Not really a fan of the wheels in the last photo but who am i to say! Looks real sick regardless.
These were popping up all over twitter…then my roomate was drooling through texts at me about ’em…so i peeped the new FBM Sword SQ over at John’s spot. These have always been one of the nicer bikes to have (since they came out anyhow) and just by looking at them you can see why. I’ve seent these ridden at trick bikes and fast bikes with both looking equally as fresh. The new Swords have an OX Platinum top and down tube and are built in a traditional track geo…with 48, 52 and 56cm sizing. I couldnt quite fit on one of these but man itd be nice to get fast around town on one.
