When I first watched Can’t Fool the Youth 3 this part from Jonathan Davis was easily a favorite. Something about JD’s style that just makes him stand out among the rest. Maybe it’s those long kinkers or that front brake finesse but either way this is a good five minutes!
PS: A little something interview wise coming soon from CFTY creator Zane Meyer…check back!
If you follow FGFS these days you’ll know who Phillip Arellano is. He’s been traveling like a mad man and getting some really stellar photos of some of the top freestyle riders (many of which have been reposted here). I’ve been talking with Phil for a bit about getting him setup to post his flicks on here noticing he had no current home base for sharing his shots. On top of honing is skills behind the lens he not only reps a few companies but is an all around rad dude. *remembers borrowing a camera from Phil at Interbike a couple years back*
Anywho, I’d like to welcome him to the site and am stoked to have him. Be on the lookout for some primo photo posts from this dude and peep an edit and some past flicks of his below!
Matt Spencer tire slide in Long Beach.
Johnathan Davis laying it flat for a table.
If anyone dares to question how JD got second at Ride N Style, I say just watch this….Easily still at the top of my favorites. Crank arm slides and Luc-E’s handrails, huge gaps and rail hops! and the 8mm fillers and lifestyle shots are absolutely perfect!
It’s a disappointment how SE gave up with having such solid riders too.
So I was definitely waiting for this after Phillip posted up that he made this thanggg. I just saw it up on John’s spot via instagram and damn did it come out sick. Love me some wallrides and JD hit this one up proper. Phil with a super crispy night shot at a dope ass spot as well. Velo City is stoked I’m sure. Dig this one a lot dudes!
Peep that shadow too…looks like he’s on a BMX bike. Pretty rad.
New SOFB is quality with some good stuff from Red Hook, 8 Bar and a rad interview with JD. That rail is beastly. Hit it up online!
