YNOT: Backpad.

Posted by: kris

If you spend a lot of the summer out and about with your messenger bag you’re probably all too familiar with the inevitable swampy back you’ll get. YNOT just dropped this add on for those rocking one of theirs aimed to help air out that sweat spot while adding a bit of comfort. Bonus? It’s a quick access zip pocket too. Swoop here!

Chrome Salvage: Airbag Citizen.

Posted by: kris

So this is for sure my favorite in the Chrome Salvage series thus far. Never would have thought to use airbags for making new goods but Chrome did just that on their new Citizen. Don’t worry these didn’t blow up in someone’s face while they were driving with their knees eating a burrito. Swoop here!

New Freight Bags Spot!

Posted by: kris

Some of the best bags you can buy are tucked away in San Francisco with a reputation for being tough. I’ve never run a bag from Freight but a few friends of mine have and loved them. I love the durable look these haulers have that somehow doesn’t sacrifice looking good at the same time. Looks like the peeps at Freight just upped a new web spot for you to get caught up and catch some new gear. Peep it.

Chrome Victor.

Posted by: kris

Along with the release of the Bravo, Chrome decided to bring us something a little more simple. The Victor is essentially a utility pack that wears like a messenger bag. Obviously a bit larger than a hip bag, this beast will hold all your essentials for a day of riding. Tools, tubes, a windbreaker and a few snacks will all pack nicely along with usual pocket dwellers like your phone or wallet. This is the perfect thing for carrying essentials easily and quickly without having to mess with a belt or pouch stuck to your waist. Click through for another shot and all the deets.

Chrome Bravo.

Posted by: kris

Chrome has certainly been busy this summer dropping bag after bag. Keeping the fresh back wear coming with two more new bags to finish out the season gives us the Bravo and Victor. Here’s the scoop on Chrome’s new do everything backpack, the Bravo, that’s ready to haul everything you need in a day and more. With a frame sheet in the back for shape and up to 40L of storage space you should easily be able to get what you need into this and wear it with comfort. Check the specs and flicks below because this things looks proper. I’m thinking of getting one of these bag boys so a review may be on the way!

Trakke Messenger Bags.

Posted by: kris

Alec from Trakke sent over some info on their company this morning and I’m pretty impressed by the quality of their stuff! The waxed cotton on their Mule Mk2 looks so clutch. Waxed fabrics are awesome in that they are both water resistant and generally break in as they’re used rather than wear out. The stainless hardware on these looks pretty stellar and should stand up to everyday use. AustriAlpin Cobra buckles are beastly…and they got em! I would love to try one of these on to see how they fit but I’ll just have to trust that they fit as well as they do in the photos! This is a new offering form Trakke though they do have some accessories as well in the way of wax for your bags, ulock holsters and a couple tees. Click through for more photos of the Mule then jump over and check all their goods out!

Blind Chic: Csepel.

Posted by: kris

Hey now…these bags are looking pretty clean right here! Never hear of Blind Chic but I dig what these two are doing for sure! Here’s a little piece from one of their trips to Budapest…which apparently is how they met. Way cool. Their blog isn’t too full right now but check it out and expect some real nice stuff from them in the future! There’s a nice little bike story below that they posted up as well.
