State Bicycle Co: Jason Clary Undefeated SF.

Posted by: kris

When it comes to street style on a track bike Jason Clary is one dudes that’s got more than most. He’s been holding it down for years now whipping around SF with dudes like Colin Arlen helping document the good times. They did just that with this new bit for State Bicycle Co. Definitely nailed it.

I’ll be up in the judges booth May 10th and hope to see a sea of track and fixed freestyle peeps watching it all go down. Whether you’re there to see the races or watch some dudes get buck it’ll be well worth the trip. Peep some past stuff below…along with the trailer for #staystrappeddvd which will be premiering at the event.

Turf Sundaze Ep. 3.

Posted by: kris

Really into these Turf Sundaze posts popping up on Wheel Talk lately. There’s a new set up and it’s definitely one of my favorites with shot’s like this of Matt Reyes and a super poppy wallride. Something to be said about shooting film and getting good stuff like this! Hop over for a bunch more.

Terry Barensten: Transamerica.

Terry B with a “look down while you’re riding” photo at its best. A quick shot of the Transamerica building on his Macaframa Raleigh. . More rad shots from him on his flickr and on Full Frame. Dude kills it behind the lens.

Mon: Back in the Bay 2013.

Posted by: kris

New stuff from Mon after his return to his old stomping ground in the bay area. Too many good lines in this one  from the ender at those Oakland rails to some snappy goodness at 3rd and army. Definitely some real progression with this one dude. Look for more from him on here once he remembers his password haha.

SF Sprints 4.

Posted by: kris

Video from the fourth SF Sprints series eent this past June. The homies from Pedal Hard were out in full force with Jordan Yee and Tyler Marchesano taking two of the four top spots. Looks like a fun one out at the Golden Gate polo fields. Thanks for shooting this over Jordan!

SF Bike Expo 2013.

Posted by: kris

Had a rad time at this year’s SF Bike Expo as usual. This year the vendor and swap areas were combined into one space so seeing everything was a bit easier than year’s past.  Downside to this being that there was less to see…upside being it kept $20 in the pockets of everyone who attended. Snapped a few photos in passing during the day but overall just spent a few hours catching up with friends before hitting the city for some cruising.

One thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the lack of events at the 2013 Expo. In past years there was a CX race, BMX/FGFS trick jam, MTB dirt comp and a polo tournaments. For myself and others these were the things really worth coming to watch so hopefully there will be more of this in the future.

And then click the flick below to see why these dudes are a good as it gets. Sometimes getting up the hill is just as important as the ride down. So good.
