Street style is always my favorite style and that’s why I always feel comfortable staying at Spun Studio for enjoying those rad builds and street style looking track bikes! This time spending some time on this famous Breakbrake 17 awesome Karma build filled with lots of hardcore street flavor! Riser bar and a damn huge Cadence Collection sticker always show that sense of feeling….and using Cadence bar tape as a protection on the frame! Madness~~some small details like Spike and Phil Wood seat clamp are just making this bike even greater! We love to see the full build of the upcoming new Karma!
Few days earlier this week I snapped some shots on this dope track frame Stubborn Cycle Works from Spun Studio. Handmade in Taiwan, all parts custom built! All Columbus Thron tube and riders can choose any details they want on their bike such as lugs, paint, frame material and so forth. The track racing geometry makes this bike look so damn beautiful! The owner even puts three patterns on seat tube, which represent three different screwdrivers. Paint job is a great masterpiece with some glitter powders! It’s just so stoked to see this awesome bike! More info on Spun Studio~~
Here introducing another my favorite bike shop Spun Studio. Love their street style all over the place in the shop!
A 6 years shop starts from 2008 and mainly focuses on street style side in fixed gear culture. Selling clothing such as Mishka, Shadow Conspiracy, UVT, and the brand I luv most Cadence Collections. Bikes such as Breakbrake 17 Karma and Transfer, Cinelli, Ridley, Colossi, and some dope handmade customized local frames from Stubborn Cycleworks!
Last week I had a great deep discussion with Kenny about the fixed gear culture in Taiwan now.
Kenny ” The future direction of Spun will keep the original idea, which is the street side of the culture. Too many fixed gear riders in Taiwan are losing that side and doing some road bike stuff ” …can’t agree more…always keep the real spirit out there!
